Terms And Conditions

1. Insurance and Vehicle Registration: If comprehensive insurance does not apply to your selected package, a fee of $12 is payable to cover personal accident insurance and 24-hour roadside assistance.

2. Vehicle Registration: All vehicle registrations will be covered by CAJLINKS. This includes ensuring that all vehicles provided under our service are properly registered and compliant with relevant regulations. Any registration fees or ongoing charges will be the responsibility of CAJLINKS.

3. Bond:  A bond of $200 is payable where applicable and will be reimbursed as soon as the vehicle is returned in the same state as it was collected. The bond serves as security against any damages or additional charges incurred during the rental period.  The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was collected, with no damage beyond normal wear and tear. Any damages or excessive cleaning required will be deducted from the bond before reimbursement. Upon return of the vehicle, the bond refund process will be initiated. The refund will be processed using the same method of payment used for the bond payment unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Maintenance: CAJLINKS will maintain all vehicles provided under this service, both mechanical repairs and routine preventative maintenance. Any mechanical or physical damage repairs will be completed at a facility designated by CAJLINKS.

5. Mileage Limitation: Mileage charges would be applicable where indicated. No contract vehicle will be driven over a mileage that exceeds Twenty thousand (20,000) kilometres. Any vehicle approaching said mileage limitation will be returned, and a replacement will be issued. It will be the responsibility of the client to file a monthly mileage report to the designated point of contact at CAJLINKS by the first day of each month, either by email, or hand delivery.

6. Fuel and Incidental Fees: Each vehicle shall be delivered to the client with a full gas tank, which shall be returned by the client in the same state at the end of the contract period. Fuel, parking, and all infringement fees shall be shouldered by the client.

7. Car Care services: Clients selecting packages that include car care services will benefit from regular deep cleaning of the vehicle's interior and exterior, thorough window detailing for a clear and polished finish, as well as tire treatment to enhance appearance and longevity.
